Damaged Product: Unfortunately if the product received is damaged , please take a snap or shoot a video of the product and Mail us to

SUBJECT: Damaged Product: Name, Phone Number, Order Date)
We will pick up the damaged product from your location and will resend a New product at no additional charges.
If you want a refund of the Damaged Product, please do mention the same with your account Details, we will reverse pick up your damaged product and money will be refunded after receiving and validation of the returned product.
Different Product: Incase if you have received a different product from what you have ordered, Please Mail us at info@starolpetroleum.com (SUBJECT: Different Product: Name, Phone Number, Order Date). We will validate the order details and will pick up the Different product from your location and will resend a New product at no additional charges. If you want a refund against different items received, please do mention the same with your account Details. We will reverse pick up your different product and money will be refunded after receiving and validation of the returned product.

Cancellation policy:
As we receive your order and payment, packing and dispatch procedure is started immediately hence cancellation of order is not possible. We accept prepaid orders only because we ship the product just after receiving the order.
