• Forms a uniform light yellow stable emulsion when added to water in concentration of 5 vol.%. Always add oil to water and NOT water to oil
• It makes stable yellowish emulsion with water having hardness up to 500 ppm
• Provides long emulsion life as compared to mineral oil based soluble cutting oil. It has low foaming, excellent corrosion inhibition, better lubrication, resists degradation by microbial contamination for long period and can be used with multiple metals
• These are blended with a special concentrate containing emulsifiers, rust inhibitor and biocide
• These can be used for a variety of machining operations depending on the concentration of the emulsion, except for magnesium and its alloys. For high speed grinding applications, it is used at 2 to 4% concentration and for normal cutting operation at 5% concentration. Higher concentrations are used when better rust prevention is required. Compatible with automatic CNC machines
